Returns will be accepted for times valued at $49 or less. For items $50 or more we cannot accept returns unless the return reason is due to damaged or faulty items. If your item is damaged or faulty you must notify us within 2 business days. Unauthorized returns will be refunded only if the product is in resalable condition, less a 25% restocking fee.
Notify us within 2 days of receipt if your item is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be charged if returned in a different condition than received, including the condition of the packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be your order number or your e-mail address. Please contact us to initiate the return, you can do this on our website.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
