  • If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks, please contact us with your order number or e-mail address and we will help you out. 
  • We cannot ship orders to the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore insular areas.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be charged if returned in a different condition than received, including the condition of the packaging.

  • Returns will be accepted for times valued at $49.99 or less.
  • For items $50 or more we cannot accept returns unless the return reason is due to damaged or faulty items.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refunded only if the product is in resalable condition, less a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns for damaged items may not be accepted after 2 business days of being delivered, please notify us prior to delivery to request an extension.
  • International orders are not eligible for buyers remorse returns. 
  • Whenever an item is received damaged, we need to have a description of the damage (for example cracked, chipped, broken).
  • Please provide a photo when possible of any damage.
  • Also you must retain the original shipping carton if your item arrives damaged until the issue is resolved.

Notify us within 2 days of receipt if your item is damaged or defective.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be your order number or your e-mail address. Please contact us to initiate the return, you can do this on our website.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Out of stock & backorder items terms of service:

At the time of your purchase of item(s) on back-order or are currently out of stock you will be charged at that time to reserve the item and your payment is considered a deposit/payment made in advance to reserve the item for you, which you may request to cancel. Stocking dates are subject to change at any time, estimates, no guarantees.

You will be notified shortly if your item is out of stock or on backorder and that information is not displayed on the product detail page(s) asking if you would like to cancel or proceed with reserving the item(s).
